Return & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because NōA products are consumable food and beverage items, all sales are final, except as described below. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with compromised packaging, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We may also request the product’s lot number and best-by date.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will ship you a replacement product at no additional cost. Defective-product claims are eligible for replacement only and are not refundable, except where required by law.

Please do not return or discard the product unless instructed to do so by our team.

30-Day First-Purchase Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel good about trying NōA. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase made directly through noaprotein.com, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first order with NōA and is limited to one claim per customer or household. You must provide your order number and may be asked to share additional information about your experience.

Approved claims under the satisfaction guarantee will receive [a refund to the original payment method / store credit / a replacement product].

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions

A customer’s first subscription order may qualify for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee if it is also their first purchase from NōA.

Future subscription orders are final once processed. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal orders but does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through noaprotein.com. Products purchased from another retailer are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
